Hedy Lou Cannon, Owner/Broker

Hedy Lou Cannon received her Real Estate License and began her Real Estate career in May 2006. After retiring as an educator at Julian Newman Elementary, she received her Real Estate Broker’s License in May 2014. Hedy Lou is the owner and broker of HLC Realty, located at 124 North Jefferson Street at the corner of Hobbs and Jefferson Street in downtown Athens, Alabama. Hedy Lou specializes in buying and selling home, land, and commercial properties in North Alabama.

Marybeth Pate, Realtor

Marybeth Pate joined the HLC Realty family shortly after receiving her Real Estate License in April 2017. Prior to Real Estate, she worked various positions with the Athens City Schools systems. Marybeth is currently an Ambassador of the Athens-Limestone County Chamber of Commerce.

Leigh Ellen Cannon, Realtor

Leigh Ellen Cannon received her Real Estate License and joined her mother, Hedy Lou, and Marybeth at HLC Realty in December 2021.
